Lynn Yaudes has been working with Empire Entertainment since 1999 and has deep experience in the live event business for both the corporate and non-profit clients. Lynn specializes in large-scale events for Non-Governmental Organizations, corporations, not-for-profits and individuals, she has worked in several cities, including internationally, managing entire events or important components, effectively working with other event producers and being an integral part of a team. Some of her roles for events have been Producer, Associate Producer, Line producer, Stage Manager and Logistics Manager. Some more notable events include working with Empire Entertainment, Inc. co-Stage Managing the Atlantis, The Palm Island opening in Dubai, co-producing all seven years of The Tribeca Film Festival Family Day in New York, five years producing The Executive Business Council of New York's annual Ten Awards, two years managing the 5-day, multi-venue events for the Horatio Alger Association, four years as a Stage Manager, Associate Producer or Site Coordinator for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (for the Leukemia Ball, the largest non-profit black tie gala in Washington D. C and five years coordinating up to four Light the Night Walk-a-thons annually, all set in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area), four years Associate Producer for The Larry King Cardiac Foundation Annual Gala, and managing components for the Independent Women's Forum, ChevronTexaco, and Bristol Meyer Squibb Tour of Hope which took place on the front lawn of the White House. Additionally, Lynn has produced conferences for the National Wildlife Refuge Association and the Fish And Wildlife Service National Refuge System and the Smithsonian Portrait Gallery's Family Day, their inaugural event taking place in July of 2006. She has also been brought in to manage several high profile celebrity events, many taking place outdoors, in New York City, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Washington, D.C. Baja Mexico, Cabo San Lucas, Isla Mujeres and the Turks and Caicos islands, just to name a few challenging locations. In recent years, Lynn has managed projects for several corporate clients including Major League Baseball, CNN, Yahoo!, Abercrombie & Fitch, America on the Move (an outdoor celebrity driven walk red-carpeting the entire south side of Central Park), Mayor Bloomberg's Second Inauguration, Wal*Mart, Payless and Hearst Publications. Adding to that list, in fall of 2007, Lynn had key roles on the two Washington, D.C. Smithsonian American Art Museum/National Portrait Gallery Kogod Courtyard inaugural events. Lynn currently resides in Washington, D.C. for which region she serves as Empire's Senior Producer.
