While studying at Nihon University in Tokyo, Shingo Ichiriki originally aspired to become a writer, but after three months spent living in California, he changed his mind. Inspired by the dynamism of Western culture in the global entertainment field, Shingo decided to transfer to King George International Business College to study English and Western culture. Collaborating with local staffers, he took an active role in several promotional events in Vancouver. After several years working in event production in Japan, and completing a multitude of successful events, Shingo joined Empire Entertainment Japan, where he has been an associate producer since 2007. During his time with Empire, Shingo has worked on numerous event and marketing projects for clients such as Suntory, Bridgestone, Nichirei,  and P&G. He is accomplished at not only producing and managing events, but also talent casting, site selection, and project management logistics.
