Rob Schlissel originally joined the Empire team in 2007, after numerous internships at New York City's most coveted concert venues. After majoring in Theater in High School, he cultivated his true passion for music and its industry by graduating from the prestigious New York University with Honors and a Bachelor of Music in Music Business. It was this cumulative experience that highlighted his interest in live events and event production. Post graduation, Rob took a year sabbatical in Israel to continue to develop personal interests. Upon returning, he quickly integrated back into Empire working to establish his niche market as a Producer. As Producer, Rob focuses on developing and fostering client relationships, while creating and executing high-profile events for Corporate, Not-for-Profit and Private clients worldwide. Rob has served as supervising producer of several large events including the inaugural Vibe Impact Awards, charity: water's annual gala- charity: ball, American Jewish World Service 25th Anniversary and AJWS Viral Video directed by Judd Apatow, and the American Friends of Rabin Medical Center Gala (2009 and 2010). Rob also loves to snowboard and take short walks on the beach, because the long ones make him tired.
