A well-designed program requires real-time management to ensure success. Empire is expert in the development and management of schedules and stage programs where timing is critical. Empire combines planning skills with the experience of live stage management and direction of event, talent and production elements. Whether keeping a program moving from cocktails, into dinner, and from performance into dancing, or orchestrating in real time the participation of dozens of artists and speakers in an awards gala presentation, Empire combines skills of stage management, crew communication, coordination with talent runners and unit managers to effect efficient, on-time events with dramatic impact.
