TIME 100 Gala 2012
New York City
March 2012
Where influence, culture, and global leadership converge for one defining night. To celebrate the annual TIME 100 issue, TIME gathered an extraordinary cross-section of the world’s most influential figures for its signature New York City gala. Held at Frederick P. Rose Hall at Jazz at Lincoln Center, the high-profile evening blended red carpet arrivals, a cocktail reception, seated dinner, and a dynamic stage program.
The experience brought together leaders across politics, culture, business, and entertainment, with standout moments including performances by Rihanna and Raphael Saadiq, comedy from Stephen Colbert, and a keynote address from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The program seamlessly balanced speeches, musical interludes, and cultural moments, reflecting the breadth and impact of the TIME 100 community.
Design enhancements elevated the environment, transforming the atrium with a white muslin photo wall and glowing architectural details that later revealed a lounge and DJ-driven afterparty.
Our team led full-scale production, from talent booking and stage management to scenic design, technical execution, and sponsor integration, delivering a polished, high-touch experience for one of the most visible media events of the year.
