Lea Suárez Orozco

Lea joins Empire as Creative Director, bringing over ten years of experience as an award-winning designer of transformative brand environments and live experiences. She crafts physical spaces that turn brand stories into tangible human experiences, driven by the belief that design reaches its highest potential when it creates meaning, sparks emotion, and brings people together.

Having worked her way up from coordinator to senior designer and now Creative Director, Lea brings an end-to-end understanding of spatial storytelling to every project. Her portfolio includes work for legacy brands like Tiffany & Co., Kate Spade New York, and Forbes.

In her free time, she enjoys curating her perennial garden, chasing her toddler around Cambridge, and tucking into a good horror movie.
