Melinda Cragan Lindland

Melinda Cragan Lindland is an experiential marketing executive and the Chief Growth Officer of Empire Entertainment. She joined Empire from Spring Studios, the New York creative campus, where she most recently served as Managing Director, North America. At Spring, she championed the studio's strength in hosting programming where content capture, live experiences, hospitality, talent, and brand partnerships all happen under one roof.

Before Spring, she spent several years at Jack Morton Worldwide. She rejoined the agency as SVP and head of Jack Health in the US, its specialty healthcare practice, and was later promoted to EVP and appointed Head of Growth. She came to that role from Freeman, where she led the New York office and the U.S. corporate accounts team, including its largest pharmaceutical clients. Earlier, she served as SVP at Marina Maher Communications and as SVP of sales and operations at Caffeine Media, a production company focused on events and mobile marketing. Her background spans business development, sales management, and brand experience across the healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors.

She holds a bachelor's degree in American Studies and French from the University of Notre Dame, and she lives in Greenwich, Connecticut, with her two sons.
