Kim brings more than 25 years experience producing complex, high-impact events. She specializes in building thoughtful, content-driven programs that balance creative vision with operational precision.

She approaches program development as both architect and editor, shaping agendas and content narratives into cohesive storytelling that unfold with clarity and intention. With expertise across speaker curation, scripting, and content production, she ensures every element works in sync to engage audiences and delivers impact. Her work spans global corporations and leading philanthropic institutions, with clients including Apollo Global Management, the United Nations, Dartmouth College, The Rockefeller Foundation, and The Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans.

At Empire, Kim is known for her collaborative approach and ability to align multiple stakeholders across complex productions. She is a proud graduate of the University of Miami. Outside of work, she channels that same discipline into fitness, spending time running, rowing, and strength training.
