Hiroki Takahashi

Producer

With more than 20 years of experience, Hiroki has planned, produced, and creatively directed a wide range of events in Japan and around the world. His expertise spans every aspect of event production, including concept development, film production, show direction, operations, F&B coordination, technical production, spatial design, graphic design, construction, regulatory approvals, and budget management. This broad perspective enables him to oversee projects comprehensively, from the initial vision through to execution.

Hiroki begins every project by developing a deep understanding of the client and its brand. He conducts extensive research into the brand’s history, philosophy, products, and cultural context, absorbing these elements before translating its essence into the space, production, content, and overall guest experience.

His international career began with the Tokyo Olympic bid pavilion at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin. Following the Tokyo Games, he produced legacy exhibitions in Los Angeles and Paris, and later contributed to Japan House for the Winter Games in Milan. He has also delivered events in Hawaii, Las Vegas, New York, Hong Kong, Macau, and other destinations across Europe, Asia, and North America, building extensive regional production knowledge and strong relationships with local partners.

His portfolio covers a broad range of sectors, including technology, sports, international sporting events, luxury, entertainment, streaming media, government institutions, and official events hosted by international embassies. Rather than limiting himself to a particular field, he immerses himself in the subject matter of each project, developing the knowledge and understanding required to create experiences that are authentic to the brand and its objectives.

Guided by the belief that “if it can be imagined, it can be created,” Hiroki approaches every project without placing limits on what an idea can become. He also believes that knowledge becomes truly valuable through practice, not simply through observation. This philosophy leads him to work hands-on across disciplines, including design, technical drawings, and film production. By continuously expanding his knowledge beyond conventional boundaries, he transforms ambitious ideas into experiences that can be brought to life.
