Mike Lenihan is a Program Producer at Empire, where he helps bring big ideas to life. He has produced events with organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, MIT Solve, Skoll Foundation, Outright International, CyberArk, Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Clinton Global Initiative, and Apollo Global Management, among others  – creating inspiring moments on stage through innovative content development and precise stage management.

In this work, Mike draws on his strategic communications and brand-building background, helping clients like BMW, MasterCard, Harvard University, and Ford Foundation develop compelling messages and engagement strategies to inspire and mobilize people for action. Previously, he worked for the European think tank, European Stability Initiative, in Berlin and Istanbul, and earned his Master’s in International Affairs, specializing in international conflict resolution, from Columbia University.

A reformed competitive swimmer, Mike enjoys reading fiction poolside.
